In accordance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements, Safewaze provides either a Declaration of Conformity (DoC) or a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for all tested products. The purpose of these documents is to communicate to the user that the product has passed all applicable tests required by the product’s relevant standards.
Safewaze is an accredited ISO 9001 manufacturer. Per ANSI Z359.7-2019 Qualification and Verification Testing of Fall Protection Products, once a Safewaze product has passed testing, the validity of the testing lasts for five years. Therefore, a DoC or CoC that is dated 12/30/2022 will remain valid until 12/30/2027.
Additionally, Safewaze utilizes a flagging system to detect when a product is due for validation testing. The product is then re-tested in accordance to ANSI Z359.7-2019 and an updated DoC or CoC is assigned to the product to denote its compliance.
